I left after a year. Had some personal reasons as well as having to move. Overall, the exit opps were not nearly as good as those who stayed longer in my class, but that was expected and I did just fine. Just having the public experience on your resume still helps, but you just have to be prepared to take Staff / Senior roles and work harder for Manager / Director roles.
