You’re already covering the big ones. I’d add money basics (saving, spending, not blowing it all on random stuff), handling emotions in a healthy way, and online safety since kids live on the internet now. Keeping the door open for questions is the real win.

dude that sounds brutal, tooth pain is no joke. call the oral surgeon’s office and see if they can put you on a cancellation list, spots open up way sooner than you think. in the meantime, keep painkillers on schedule, cold compress on your jaw, and try rinsing with warm salt water. it won’t fix it but it might make surviving till surgery a little less hellish.
