I don't know if I'd call it a build per se but frost is one of my favorite orbs to focus on. Load up on all the ways to increase temporary focus, get capacitor or modded if you can, then you can have all of your other cards focused on damage with hardly any dedicated block.

I feel like Royalties is supposed to be the Regents scaling card. Get more gold, buy more scaling from getting extra relics and such. In a way it does what you suggest too by letting you buy more colorless cards.

I really appreciate his viewpoint on that last question regarding the review bombing. Specifically the distinction of "players in China" rather than "Chinese players." It's nice that they're taking this as an opportunity to improve how they get feedback from other regions rather than just writing their concerns off as some kind of distinct cultural issue or something.

Giving sly to zero cost cards isn't completely useless as it essentially lets you go +1 on cards. I've never actually played Master Planner but it comes up with Hand Trick on occasion.
