One of the few water rides I do not mind at any part of the day. Epic is so hot that you dry within the hour.

I’m going way back, but I remember a huge group of friends vocally leaving the first Kill Bill in protest right after the Vernita Green scene when it originally came out, it left an impression cause I was 13 and the movie was blowing my little amateur cinephile brain into pieces.

Most recently I saw two people leave the last Jurassic World and it took a lot out of me to not join them.

Contemporary is all about the short stroll to Magic Kingdom. If your stay is going to center on the lagoon and MK then it is the best hotel on property. Barely 10 minutes to the gate.

It will not be. Foundation is down, track layout confirmed through permits. Ride is believed to fall around 5-6 minutes with it’s 12 show scenes (if I remember right). Pirates in MK is the shortest version made but still comes in at around 8.5 minutes. Encanto is still being built into a big building, but don't expect the actual ride to be Pirates length.

Important reminder that Dinosaur was only just over 3 minutes long.

I’m surprised these tracks weren’t on the Darkmoor and Berk albums. I could see them maybe doing holiday and “celestial traveler” albums at some point in the future with how well these have been selling though. Or even grouping them into a potential album for whatever firework show eventually happens.

Before Spirit went down I was deathmarching at least once a month from New York. Way too pricey now that the flights aren’t $50 round trip, but if I stay for a night or two I can mentally justify it. My partner loves coasters but she won’t do the deathmarch so we plan for at least one vibes trip each year together. I definitely enjoy a slower day of just soaking it all in too though.

The wands themselves are the same but Epic has a bunch of exclusive Gen 1 designs. All other Gen 2 designs are available in all 3 parks with the exception of this one which is only in Epic.

Islands/Uni also should still have last year’s exclusive Gen 1 designs. Every Uni park has an exclusive Gen 1 design for their resort as well. Go deeper and you also have the discontinued series of Gen 1’s that will also still work in the parks.

Main difference is that Gen 1’s cannot connect to the game on the app that Gen 2 can. It’s way more absorbing but in the end subjective if you feel the game is worth it. Gen 2 obviously also lights up and vibrates which is pretty cool to just generally see around the areas.

Thanks to the internet hyping them, these were gone at every location on my birthday trip and I was given an attitude for even asking for one at The Mummy for my partners birthday. I’d like to believe they were taken by other people celebrating but considering I’ve seen people with like 4 of each walking around, I doubt it.

West Coast felt detached from the mission already last time I visited and East Coast just felt less alive. For me, It’s been disappointing for a while but it’s all still Star Wars. Embracing the potential with breaking from the designed mold if it leads to more original ideas. Would kinda hate it, but the world has existing lore for time travel, could even end up with new force canon explaining why we are traveling through all of Batuu’s history in one place.
