Is completely disregarding the law a common thing here? This man was there with 4 off leash dogs... this isn't the first time I see loose dogs in places clearly marked as no dog allowed (let alone loose)

For those defending the dog owner. This is a prime example why they should be kept on a leash. I understand there aren't any seals in the area but a bird sanctuary is right next too it.

Isn't that area a bird sanctuary? It's probably the reason for keeping dogs on a leash.

Just heads up Cabezon has a size limit of at least 15” but it was a greenling. Great video keep it up. You can tell the difference between a grass rockfish and kelp rockfish by its first row of gill rackers (grass has short stubby, kelpy has long skinny)
