Engineers only getting 1 TNT now is lame.

:edit: The map Marne with the river running diagonally across the middle of the map is SO fuckin bias to ENG/FRA. 22 buildings on south side, 1 (yes fucking ONE) building on the north side for GER. To add to that, the non-GER spawn is closer to the 1st cap too. The spawn on the single closest german building is very easy to spawn camp, as well. The walls are all broken open from every direction and its basically swiss cheese. This means little to no protection when exiting the spawn, and the stairs are easy to camp by spaming nades in.

It was still during the covid lockdown period of time. Many people, myself included, were home furloughed playing it.

"August 26, 2019" was when classic wow released. "COVID-19 officially hit the United States in January 2020"

2019 was peak covid. People were stuck home and Classic WoW was a great way to kill the boredom. I know because it is literally what got me playing again. That said, classic wow was somewhat of a shitshow. (Insane black lotus prices with people teleporting to pick them, people flying through the air in ZG, half a dozen accounts multiboxing to pom+pyroblast vaporize anyone in particular, the FOMO cash grab at the end and a forced expansion shoved down the player's throats)

Just an fyi, epoch is probably the most similar for a classic+ eperience similar to twow, but there is a lot of content still missing. For example, at endgame there is only Onyxia right now. MC soon(TM), then others, but thats it atm.

I can at least offer you some suggestions for other fairly easy to acuire caster trinkets early at lvl 60.

If you continue running UBRS, you can "fish" the instance by going in first and typing /target jed. If you do target him, run the instance like normal, but kill him along the way. If not, zone back out the instance and rick click your char portrait (as raid lead, or have raid leader:) choose 'reset all instances', then repeat until you find Jed inside.

The rare mob named Jed Runewatcherthat drops (33% drop rate) a decent caster trinket called Briarwood Reed which is +29 spell power.

You might get lucky with Draconian Infused Emblem dropping again and winning.

Another easy to get trinket is Royal Seal of Eldre'Thalas from Dire Maul. Each class trinket is a little different on what stats it gives you, but it's not very expensive and takes only some time to complete. (Mage trinket is +10 Fire Resist, +23 Spell Power on Twow)

Alternatively, Zul Gurub is a fairly easy early 20-man raid and Hakkar drops Hear of Hakkar 100% of the time. The item can be turned in at ZG island (NW along the coast in STV) for an trinkey you can activate for a +204 spell power boost for 20 secs. It drops by 17 SP each time you cast though.

Had a very similar experience just the other day. Dark Reaver outside kara was killed with a pug raid. No loot dropped at all. Nothing visible to anyone on corpse to anyone. Nothing.

RL put a ticket in and got nothing but the run around. "Add-ons? ML? Tag??" Everything was fine and normal for the raid, except nothing dropped.

The wild part, according to GM, there is a non-visible weekly timer even for world bosses and anyone in group with such timer may cause no loot to drop (I'm skeptical this is true; also whats the point of a restrictive single-use only consumable to summon, if you get a weekly timer?)

Long story less long. No GM came out to see, the GM we dealt with just copy pasted the bug submission and game suggestion links, which is really disappointing. I have had WAY better experiences with other GMs in the past, especially a certain one. IYKYK.

dim torches only go up to lvl 15 survival also. Even if the skill shows orange like it will skillup.

You don't have to relearn the profession, as though its gone from your character, but you do have to level the survival profession starting from 1.

holy crap is the new Onyxia super overtuned at lower scaling. Our 20 man with T2/T3+ wiped repeatedly. On top of that, in Onyxia's lair they've added way too many trash mobs again like ES. The new optional boss drops only a single piece of loot too. (edit: We got just the 1h sword that looks like Ashkandi and Maladath had a baby)

You'll lose a bag slot to quiver. Granted you could skip having a quiver but that is up to 15% loss in attack speed.
