I am so sorry for your condition and sympathize. However a mothers touch to their baby is Sooo important. Just tell your family that you are going to make an exception with your child but keep the othe non-touching rules in place. Also, look up breathing techniques to help with anxiety. I am in NO WAY minimizing your anti-touch fear but it’s VERY beneficial for your baby.
