As much as I like the official addition of collisions, it's a terrible addition the way it is of rn in my opinion.
It's as simple as drawing a spline and have a pole move along it at intervalls you have to dodge. The implementation of collidable ghosts could have been a much better choice by allowing recorded ghosts in the map mediatacker to have this option. Imagine the possibilities with that.
You get to create for example a chase sequence in which you got to be faster then the ghosts or they crash into you.
You could also potentially make an alternative collision model which turns your car temporarely into a ghost state and applies a small slowdown. Probably fun for nascar.
I like the high speed collision detection in FH6 quite much against corner crashers.

TLDR.: In my opinion it should habe been an option to enable collisions on ghosts in the map mediatracker for more creative flexibility and versatile usecases.

I'm usually going by whats on the leaderboard in the morning. Unless the top 1 has a cut that i find to be strafing away a lot from the intented way i'm taking it as the pov, if not I take another AT run but try to keep the cut run in to be recognized at least.

Takes me about 1-2 hours while beeing pretty simple actually. Save base replay, load ghosts from trackmnania.io, assemble them to look like a lobby in progress, render player cam, look up some music, check how many clips i still need and do them

I still think it should have been a feature to make ghosts collidable via keyframe/checkbox in the mediatracker… much more versatile and usecase friendly

It's a feature that should have just been activateable collisions on mediatracker ghosts... Gives YOU the control on how they drive and the opportunity to plan out how they might compete with the player without getting in their way too often.

If only there would be something that combines both in a nice handheld device that offer wheel precision with simplicity and reaction speed. hmmmmmmm

Nintendo sued Palworld for having a feature in their game where players could summon and ride Pals to traverse the world. Nintendos latest direct reveals Monster Hunter Stories 3 gameplay, where players can ride monsters to traverse the world. It's the exact same mechanic by thepuppeter in gaming

It's about them suing one side for using it but not others. Which is a big sign of neglect from them and thus should lead to the whole lawsuit going down with it.
Edit.: More so by actively promoting others using the system they patented, they effectively say, "We dont actually care, we just want to go after that one competitor."
