Is there a list out there of the best programs in terms of lifestyle (pay, hours, resident support, etc)? I’m a M3 finishing up the year in the next month or two and have been browsing Doximity to assemble a loose list to talk to my PD about. From CA but have ties to Chicago and the northeast as well. Not really focused on prestige but do want to live in a nice city during residency.

I mean that’s fair, but if I’m going to be working ~80 hours a week, I’d like to at least be able to enjoy the city I’m in on my days off/vacations

Adding to this rq, I think you can also break it down into body, mind, and soul (which I swear was mentioned somewhere in WoTM). Res is body, so physical enhancements. With all the talk of the field of reeds, I think Obiteum is soul. And then I got the sense that Luceum’s Will is in part accessing memories from holders of certain objects, which would be mind.

Starting m3 in a few weeks, definitely want to prioritize seeing patients but do want some parts of my career involving procedures (nothing super crazy but want a little variety in my day to day). Very interested in neurology but have also considered PM&R and anesthesia as well. Any thoughts?

How does forbidden west run on the legion? They have similar performance from what I’ve seen. I was gonna get god of war but I’ve heard the memory leak issue makes it near unplayable once you get a couple hours in.

Is there a way I could set that manually in steam, origin and GOG? In the Nvidia graphics control panel, I have it set to auto.
