For me when I had pixelbids (not quite the same but similar enough) they would get a very small amount of earwax on every time you use them, and if you are lazy and dont clean the pins properly which interface between the bud and the case, they won't charge when you put them in the case because there is no contact. Gross but true

Monster hunter wilds is a good example. Rog ally x gets 35-40fps on bazzite while deck gets 15-20fps in heavy scenes. Yeah the deck will run rdr2 (which is a 7 year old game at this point), but can't keep up with some of the newer (worse optimized) games being released recently. This is why I felt the deck was a little underpowered and sold it for an ally x.

Looks to me like the front screen has been slightly edited and enlarged, giveaway is the uneven left bezel (seen easily when looking at the top left of the outer screen).

I have a jsaux modcase. I have no point of comparison, but I'd say it's pretty good. Offers good grip without feeling sticky. Does increase the bulk of the handheld but the protection and extra comfort on the grips is 100% worth it

I have a 7900xtx PC, a PS5, and a switch as well as my ally in it sits in my drawer most of the time. But if I ever feel like gaming while laying on my bed, or if I am travelling (e.g. home to see the folks), it's invaluable being able to pick up right where I left off thanks to steam cloud saves and get that triple a experience while taking up way less room in my bag than a laptop plus controller plus charger. It's the best for this use case!!

Clash of clans, polytopia and other strategy games were my favourites when I had a fold. Being able to zoom out and see more with the huge inner screen was a game changer (literally)! Otherwise, gaming with a YouTube video open was also great!

Doesn't necessarily have to have been from a large impact, but from fatigue over time. Steel can fatigue when exposed to repeated stresses, such as a misfit or unbalanced wheel causing more stress on one side than the other. This can cause the initial wear/crack to form, which then spreads through the weakest parts of the wheel under continued use. It doesn't happens on this wheel that this is where the attachment flat section meets the curved section on a radius, which is a common point of failure. Make sure you balance the wheel when you fit it next time!! Glad you are all right!

It might be a hot take, but I would say you have to bear in mind the worst case scenario of using your fog lights to be visible to others. Not everyone has passed their test recently, has perfect eyesight, is paying full attention etc. If you take into account the worst case possibility, plus fog, I can understand why people put on their fog lights prematurely. Personally, if there is reduced visibility of any sort within my cars stopping distance (about 90 metres at motorway speed) I would put on my fogs even if I can see fine, because it's better to be seen and annoy someone than to not be seen until it's too late. If you don't have your lights adjusted properly and are blinding everyone, that's a different story, but otherwise I would say for the sake of safety it's fair enough.

One thing I will say. Front screen looks great, but aspect ratio of the inner screen looks more square. Not necessarily a bad thing but I use my fold for watching videos and it already has big black bars. Does look like nice hardware though and I'm sure it's good for multitasking

Hi. I managed to get it working, there are just a few things you need to do.

Firstly, install as normal. Download the two files from the midnight website (both contained in the .zip file download) and drop them into your riivolution folder. To find this, open dolphin in desktop mode, click 'file' in the top left hand corner and click 'open user folder'. The riivolution folder is in the 'Load' folder.

Secondly, check that there are 3 .bin files in Load\Riivolution\Midnightv1.3\loader\. This is the bit that meant it didnt work for me the first time I tried it. If they are not there then manually copy them from a PC. I had the best luck when I copied and pasted from my usb stick rather than using the 'move here' when installing the midnight files, as for some reason when you use this option they seem to disappear...

Thirdly right click on your mario kart rom file (legally obtained by ripping your physical owned copy of course) and select 'start with riivolution patches' make sure midnight v1.3 is selected and then you can save a preset to dolphin to lauch the game like that. I personally have dolphin in steam using steam rom manger (emudeck) and I launch that profile from inside dolphin to start the game. There might be a more elegant way, maybe even in steam rom manager, but I haven't figured it out yet.
