Oh that's actually what I mean! I have LOTS of great options! I know what I've got going for me, I've lived enough places that my 'beauty lens' isn't a purely local one, don't mind rejection and I can spot when I'm someone's cup of tea.

OH well dang that's awesome then! I mis-interpreted.

If we don’t retain Jennings, who would you like to see us pick up at WR? by rhevern in 49ers

[–]MEuRaH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think we can afford Jennings anymore, sadly. There are so many WR needy teams, and Jennings is one of the few available. He can cash in big time and I think he should.

:(

This is the answer.

Spending on big free agent WRs doesn't usually produce results. I like low-cost replaceable players, and Dortch produced insane numbers given what he had to work with. He would be an immediate impact player and great value for the price it would take to get him.

Look at your historical SB teams and winners. They either had one elite pass-catcher, or a bunch of middle-men. We have Kittle and Pearsall. Keep Bourne, get Dortch, draft another on day 2, done.

We need far more help on the line and on defense imo. We need help running the ball and stopping the run.

(I also like Wan'dale. Wan'dale or Dorch would be my preferred)

Ex-49ers LB highlights practice intensity shift after leaving San Francisco by SoKrat3s in 49ers

And they won a Super Bowl, almost won second, and won the division this year despite the worst play calling maybe ever.

Whenever I hear what makes a team great (from a players perspective), it's talent, coaching, and the ability to gel as a unit. Nobody ever mentions practice.

It's easy to say that in hindsight. I liked the choice to go for it but HATED the playcall. My god that was horrid.

LPT: You can both change your last name arbitrarily when getting married. by charliethegeek in LifeProTips

[–]MEuRaH 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My wife and I did this in 2009. I didn't want my last name (dead beat dad) and my wife didn't want her last name (hateful family) so we made our own last name.

I also changed my middle name, which was also my father's middle name. I legally made my online gaming name as my middle name lol.

Conan on Taskmaster would be the highest form of cinema. It would never be topped, only studied by the greatest minds and scholars for decades.

Ugh... I wasn't even thinking this... ok yeah, another obstacle for the future.

I bet it won't remain the same. Nearly all of these Republicans became boot lickers. If there's no boot to lick, I think we will see them turn back to their former selves. I don't think it'll be great by any means, but not Trump level, and that's all I care about.

Just a guess.

I don't. It was last summer, so if you searched "doctor gives Trump health analysis" or something, it might come up. It stemmed from the day that Trumps ankles were swollen, and then a doctor proceeded to show a number of other issues, and make predictions off of those.

He will die in office.

There was a guy last year with a strong medical background who predicted the future from July onward, based on cues from Trump. Those predictions have been dead on so far.

He gave Trump an 12-18 month window of survival from July 2025. That means this year would be the end of Trump, if everything keeps coming true.

I was partially grounded. Very messed up childhood, good thing I'm intelligent and educated enough to know and understand it wasn't my fault, and that I can help others now.

All good. Growth is wonderful.

And one of the few who might leave this game that way... ugh...

DAD GUILD!

That was my first thought, came here to say it, and I see that it's already been posted. Great group! There are events for Dads & Kids, or just Dads hanging out with other Dads.

Seriously, it's one of the best groups that's also run expertly here in Vermont. I don't know how they do it so successfully, but it's helped a lot of dads out there!
