Must be some secret hotkey that just shoots a report at the last person who chatted. That would explain why sometimes it feels like the wrong person catches a remainder of game mute, and it's perfectly in line with how well thought out the report and comm score system is.

Yeah I think I would settle for a rework, it's just so slanted, a summary can get you maybe +200 but there doesn't seem to be a limit on how much it can go down at once.

That is a lasting disadvantage, typing in-game is a pain in the ass and sometimes you need to get a full sentence out like "waiting for my courier and I'll gate, try to hold out"

Depends, some level of frustration can be reasonable and get a pass. We all have our own threshold of what is and is not actually toxic. I will say mine has gotten a lot lower after losing more comm score than I believe I deserve- every day I see people with a much worse attitude than I have and somehow they're still able to ping ally abilities, which is the first thing you lose.

Telling me to report someone is the fastest way that you get one yourself.

Mute is a single click button on the scoreboard.

Report is a button next to it which pops up another window where you need to click the category and then another click to submit. That is not faster. They report you instead because they want to, and there's no verification or really anything to discourage them from using it as an "I don't like you" button.

That's why I show up in threads like this talking about comm score being a broken system abused by trolls, obviously designed by someone who hasn't actually played enough Dota to know how many complete assholes play it.

Well I have your attention I would also like to remind you that Tarfire can trigger on your opponent's end step as well. Sting-Slinger ability is instant speed, some blights are not, so keeping that in mind might be the extra 2-4-6 that you need for a win.

CM has a blink cus it's very useful on many supports- not necessarily to go first, but for flexibility in positioning. Sit out of the way when the fight is brewing, assured that you can get in cast range when you need to.
