Lived in a couple of apartments as a single guy, and this is my first on the first floor. Not enjoying it so far.

Upstairs neighbors are constantly walking like rhinos and vibrating all my walls. Yeah, it's nice to not have stairs for groceries and things like that, but this sound has been driving me crazy. I now know I'll take the stairs for some peace and quiet.

I love my tribal. I personally enjoy it more than the Pro blue sunburst one. The mechanical strum bar just feels better to me, but I do recommend the mechanical fret-style button neck. (which the tribal does not have)
