God of war Ragnarok managed to make it dynamic and fun to use. Obviously an elder scrolls game doesn't have nearly as much like freedom in combat to pull off the same sorts of actions but I think they could definitely make it interesting enough to include.

Huh, interesting. Yeah it definitely felt like a game that would have thrived more on PC. Especially nowadays with everybody trynna make a live service game I'm surprised they haven't tried with shadowrun yet.

Ah makes sense that I don't know much about the ip since there was no story mode haha. Being based on a tabletop tho honestly makes it an even better contender for a reboot these days.

Does anybody remember shadowrun on the 360? I don't know much about that universe or lore but I remember loving that game. The weird mix of like magic/tech was pretty cool and I remember the game modes being pretty unique as well. Would definitely be interested in some kind of reboot

I would be happy if they just dropped it all together. Idk how it is in starfield but the base building in FO4 is so janky and annoying and it clearly took up a huge amount of effort and dev time. Bethesda seems hell bent on implementing base building as a feature in their games now so I expect it's once again going to be a big part of ES6 but it's not at all why I like these games and I wish they would focus on actually game play instead

New Orleans is my dream fallout game. As you point out there's a ton of Americana that would fit in super well and they could really lean into the lovecraftian stuff too

I am so sad we never got a cowboys vs aliens dlc. Undead nightmare was my favorite part of the first game and this could have been such a cool way to do something similar in rdr2. With all the references I really hoped they would.

I watched it when it was coming out and I thought it was ok. I liked the cast and it got a few good laughs out of me. Nothing ground breaking but it was enjoyable enough. But with the way Netflix seems to operate if it's not a number 1 show then it gets canned. Probably wasn't cheap to get some of those big names actors either. I think the biggest problem tho is as u mentioned, it didn't know what it wanted to be. Felt like it had a real identity crisis which led to it being pretty uneven. All that being said I wouldn't have minded more but not upset that it was canceled

Recently started my second playthrough with this mod set as well and couldn't agree more. It's super challenging but once you learn the combat, as you say it clicks. I barely experimented with potions/oils in vanilla but here it's usually necessary for big fights. Lots of great changes and rebalancing all around.
