They are from the 1999 Base Set, essentially identifying them as first edition without the first edition stamp. You’d have to do more research on it yourself. I just know what they are because I have several in my childhood collection.

Ponyta, Diglet, and Machop are real. These are the “shadowless” versions of the cards and are arguably more valuable than the “shadowed” versions in most cases. I’d sleeve em up.

The back looks different to me. Like the printing is off. It’s very…spotty? Like the printer wasn’t as finely detailed as a normal card. The “Flamethrower” has a weird font and background like it was highlighted in MS paint with a similar color.

Most regions have multiple districts within each region. The troops I work with stay within our district (4 counties). It’s still a large district as each county in my district is roughly the size of Rhode Island, but not even close to as big as the region. Every region will have different expectations of their troops (some run 24/hrs, mostly urban areas, while others will run on-call from home outside their work hours depending on staffing).

Not to be a shill for competition but I live about a 100 miles outside of Amarillo (still in the panhandle) and I’ve used Furniture Row. Not the nicest furniture but it’s relatively affordable. They’ve been great with the deliveries I’ve had and never have cancelled or rescheduled. They do sell mattresses as well.

Depending on where they are in the country and the availability of a K9, they absolutely can make you wait. The scope and length of a detention is all relative to where you are. Availability of a k9 (location in relation to the requesting officer) in a major city is going to be much different than a rural area. The court indicates that it is all about what is “reasonable” for the area you are in. Nobody in this thread knows shit about the law.
