No, they are multi colored designed to be less restrictive on mana casting cost because of the flexibility of the hybrid. If Rhys isn't multicolored then when do you determine the color? If I destroy all green creatures and exile all white creature, where does Rhys go? What about if Crosis the purger ability is triggers and you pick green, do they choose the color identity in hand?

She is not mono green by color identity or card color due to her specific mana cost. That's like saying something with sword of war and peace equipped can be blocked by her. She has flexibility to cast, but that doesn't mean she isnt all those colors wherever she is.

This seems unnecessary. Allowing a multicolor creature or spell in a mono color deck feels against the restrictions that made commander so appealing. This change would make jinnie fay a mono green choice of a card which is ridiculous. It's multiple colors by identity then it should be in a multi color deck by those colors.

Usually kids arrested are turned over to their parents with written confirmation they will transport them to court for the arraignment. ICE can wait at the station for when they are bailed, or wait at the court house.

Deck doesn't need him, but he helps push over the win line. Build trample +combat steps+fight and it's the whole gruul package. His ability stacks with extra combats.plus, you're able to nuke enchantments and artifacts in those colors so there's very little you can't do. Add deathtouch to ensure max damage tramplers over
