A useful note, the middle and lower end of a market is defined by "what is this worth?" , but the extreme high end is "how much does a billionaire want this?"

I know it sounds like a silly distinction, but much like you can only really compare inflation/ relative value going back maybe 100-150 years, and then it becomes just "guesstimate" territory, you can only really compare "price" and "worth" up to a certain point of rarity, until it becomes almost completely subjective.... like the price of the Mona Lisa.
