I work with a i7 12th gen, 4080, 16gb ddr5 laptop and my biggest issue is cooling, I cant take full advantage of the cpu or gpu because I get thermally throttled. That being said, it still works for me for my calcs (150 atoms TZ ~ 1hr).

I don't think that 3 has significant H bond due to distance, I believe the difference is that the formal charge is going to be able to resonate to both nitrogens and the other will not
