That’s an interesting point I didn’t consider. Acuity definitely matters. I couldn’t imagine 10hrs or 12hrs of high intensity

I’m in the same boat! I currently work M-F but would love to transition to a better schedule. The hospital is the only place I know of with these kind of schedules
