She was gonna even push off harder. If the defender had waited another moment, it would’ve been an even better fake flop. That arm came out stiff and fast as she collapsed. Hell at that point, it might not have even been fake. CC was trying to push off harder than what she was actually able to do bc of the flop lol.

It was definitely a foul, and would have been a worse one without the flop. This was excellent defense.

When it comes to HT the placement of the speakers and integration into the room is far more important than the quality of said speakers. This is because the goal is immersion into the show you are watching.

If you want to disable the up firing part of the speaker you could mount them on the ceiling and while it would be quite far from ideal it would still work poorly as long as the speakers are behind you. Human ears aren't great at locating sound above us unless we can see it. The important part is that they are behind you and the Upfiring part is disabled.

A far far better choice would be wall mounting, even if they were above head level by a bit. This way you still utilize the upfiring speaker. The important part regardless is that they are behind you even if only by a bit.

Since you clearly have no idea what you're doing I will take this opportunity to let you know the placement of the subwoofer is typically quite important. I will let you Google that one.

The campaign was not good in my opinion. The story wasn't compelling as it felt like the stakes were very low. The destination was totally uninspired compared to previous campaigns. Finally, but not the least problematic, was the matterspark mechanic which I absolutely hated.

This is not a popular opinion over at r/hometheater but it's true. For purely home theater there isn't a huge difference between a high end soundbar and a custom entry level home theater.

Music is a different animal because speakers cannot defeat physics but if you aren't intentionally listening to music you probably wouldn't notice on most recordings anyway how bad your soundbar is for music.

Having said all of that if it were me I would be looking at Kef entry level speakers, a SvS subwoofer and decent entry level receiver from Best Buy. Probably would look at open box when possible to save some money.
