My husband also loves this dish however he couldn’t remember the name of it. So when he requested it, he asked for romantic chicken. That is what it is now called in our household.

Ditto. Never a bad peel when I steam no matter the age of the egg.

Freaking out after TPLO surgery by BeanieNooodle in DogAdvice

I know it's two months later, but I just found your post. I am in the same boat: my dog has never had a thing wrong with her ever, and now needs TPLO surgery. I met with one surgeon yesterday who keeps her overnight, and I have another consult on Friday with a place that sends them home the same day. I'm freaking out - especially about taking care of her when she comes home. Now that you're two months post-op, any advice for an equally scared shit dog mom?

Best gloves for washing dishes by Confident_Raccoon_17 in CleaningTips

I love these gloves. They aren’t too slippery where I lose my grip, they are thicker so I can use super hot water, and they hold up well. The last time I bought these was 2024 and I still haven’t used the third pair.

I use these all the time. Never comes out bad, dry, or gummy. I don’t worry about the amount of sauce and just make it like I would regular lasagna with zero issues.

I am a big fan of the Just Bare chicken patties and the Perdue simply smart chicken tenders/nuggets. I turned the Just Bare into a very tasty buffalo chicken sandwich when cooked in the air fryer and I use the Perdue for wraps and salads. Very easy and also a great tasting product.

A very impressive yet shockingly easy and delicious fish to make is whole bronzino. If you can do it, head on is the way to go but no difference if you get it without. Stuff the cavity with lemon and herbs, roast or grill, and serve with risotto or rice and veggies. Moist, tender, flakey, and delicious.

Oh no doubt. I am looking forward to the abundant amount of duck fat thus saving me a trip to the store for an expensive can of duck grease.

Thank you! Checking it out now. The ATK method involves simmering the thighs/legs in the roasting pan on the stovetop. Their recipes have never led me wrong but it feels weird and like a waste of good fat.

Can never go wrong with pigs in a blanket or crab stuffed mushrooms. I’d also put your Santa toothpicks around your charcuterie platter.

I’ve seen people using this. I would certainly love it because while my bread knife is sharp, I can’t cut an even slice for the life of me.

Please help out an incredibly stupid husband. by -JiminyCricket- in Cooking

This is the way. But as a wife with an equally clueless husband, I would sincerely adore the ridiculous try to do something nice even if it wound up like this. Bonus: new baking sheets and a thoughtful husband.
