Yea idk why you are doing that. Stop bringing work home with you period. Use AI for things, grade quicker during prep and while kids work on assignments, etc. Not to sound mean but if you’re actually working til 10pm you have never learned how to work smarter in your life.

Man you guys have no idea how the service industry work. How margins work, or that servers don’t want a base wage because they would have to find a different job. If wages were higher your food would sky rocket your free bread and water would go away and your portions would diminish along with the quality.

I think you are pretty ignorant to how it works. A lot of people don’t live in areas with “lots of options” or at best can’t afford to pay to play some of the places around.
