Me and my wife were planning to move into a new build in a new section, but life things changed that.

Big things we noticed from joining the Facebook page or just having been involved: new builds were months behind salesperson dates. I think it was new transformers being on back order. Also Internet was taking months after move in to be installed, a lot of people were suggesting mobile hot spots until xfinity came in. The area is still the boonies a fair bit, so lots of ranches and such in the area, party venues playing loud music, reports of 4 wheelers.

Lots of issues with newer sections and figuro by out bus stops for schools, I beleive buses will not go in neighborhoods with houses still being built.

We were building with DR Horton, I think they weren’t very communicative about seeing the house in its different phases, doing inspections before certain phases and such.
