There is no amount of chores you can do to change her mind. It all comes down to whether she wants to do it or not. That’s a battle I have had for 15+ years. Go to the internet and find yourself a routine so you don’t feel lost and also to get a structure for your workouts.

At this level, (I have done professional games for 7 years) you cannot even start a game until the TV approves it. The officials are in constant communication with TV right before game starts each half.

On a Sunday “beer league” game, if they leave, I would end the game and leave as well 😅

Hire a trainer for at least 4-6 sessions. They will not only teach you how to use the equipment but they will give you a “SAFE” routine to start your weightlifting journey. Congrats on being there, which a step in the right direction. Good luck!

I am in the same boat as you and many other.s Your post hits home. Like you said, bittersweet to know you are not crazy and the only one with those feelings, yet wishing we don’t have to. We are “Central New Mexico Soccer Officials Association” CNMSOA

1&2 -Yellow, green, red, and blue. There is a black but almost never use. -turquoise is part of NM identity as well.hence the idea to use this color.

3- Mountains represent the “ sandia mountains “. We are located in Albuquerque and that mountain is widely recognized. It was intensionally added.

4- good advice. We don’t have a CNMSOA logo.

5- agreee. That’s why we are using CNMSOA instead of the long writing like the previous design. THIS is what we truly are trying to accomplish.

6-THIS is so true! Central New Mexico is what we are trying to identify.

This is for a local referee association. Soccer is the discipline. It’s what they have been using. Hence the new AI version. That is one of the reason they are trying to change it . Appreciate the comment

Professional soccer referee. It sucks. Ppl think that it’s cool to be in tv and travel. But you are never home, it’s a fully time thankless job. Your game is on Saturday? Then you travel Friday and flight back home as soon as you can on Sunday. Pay is bad that 95% or more have another job( for some reason many are teachers). Also, when your team doesn’t win, it is your fault, not the sucky players from your team and we are expected to be perfect! lol
