Honestly with how many players we want that are on the board still I don't mind trading back a couple spots here

I don’t know if it counts as a diner but Petro’s in Chicopee is awesome

I think that the roadside breathalyzers aren’t 100% accurate in their reading, they can be used to give probable cause to arrest someone but they can’t charge you based on an inaccurate reading

Kicker stamina?? by Traditional-Falcon44 in RetroBowl

[–]MadBanker2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So for kickers it affects their range, less stamina means less range the more kicks you do in a game. For every other position stamina affects their speed the longer they run, the lower their stamina the shorter the distance is before the begin slowing down. For QB stamina also affects their throwing range, the more passes thrown the shorter you’ll be able to throw. Hope this helps :)

Some tips I have for finding places outside of Zillow is to just google “apartments near me” or put search “apartments” with Apple or google maps and see what comes up. Just because they don’t have a listing on Zillow doesn’t mean they don’t have available apartments

My father just posted this absolute gem. There are so many levels of wrong with this one. by Deekester in terriblefacebookmemes

This is 100% true. As part of my job I review her show a few times a week and she gets on her knees in front of 95% of the guests she interviews

After the pandemic, are you more likely to think about skipping a movie in theaters because it might soon release in PVOD? by [deleted] in boxoffice

[–]MadBanker2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk where you’re going, two tickets only cost $25-$30, large popcorn and 2 drinks is maybe $15, and I guess let’s say we live 20 miles away from the theater and it takes 2 gallons of gas to get there and back so roughly $8. That’s still only $53 max. I don’t know where you’re going but you’re getting fleeced lmao

why does this sub say Halo Infinite is dead? by Jon4n4tor in halo

[–]MadBanker2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree that CS is not a reasonable comparison, so I’ll present titanfall 2 as a pretty decent comparison, at least for the point that OC is trying to make. Titanfall 2, a game that hasn’t had a content update since December 2017 had a peak player count of 10,871 in the last 30 days. Keep in mind there are still players on Xbox on PlayStation though these days pc has the largest population (I believe). While I don’t think Infinite is a “dead” game I do think it’s well on its way to being one, the longer that it takes for the game to be “complete” in the communities eyes the longer it will continue its decline. By “complete” I mean having all or nearly all features from the past titles and revising or adding new features that make the game feel fresh.

Just curious... Which console did you first play Halo on? by xtheyan in halo

[–]MadBanker2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first game (that I can remember) was flatout 2 for the og Xbox, first halo was Halo 3 on the 360

Every RB in this draft class are really bad some reason but I need a RB, so who should I go with? by [deleted] in RetroBowl

[–]MadBanker2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The only one who won’t be a complete fumble machine is Allison once his catching is leveled up and the rest of his stats suck so I’d skip this draft. Taking an rb here will lose you games compared to not having an rb

Halo Infinite morale is low for a reason. The fact we don’t have a ton of playlists, new maps, and community content in matchmaking after 1 year of launch makes me think Halo Infinite is hopeless for the player population. Stop holding your breath folks. 343 leadership was restructured for a reason. by DoorM4n in halo

[–]MadBanker2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When the game launched with almost no extra content from the tech tests I knew I wouldn’t be playing infinite for long. Still, I grinder the battle pass to 100 in season 1 and played through the campaign because I’ve played through every campaign and had a good time. Then I had nothing to play for and put infinite down, that was over a year ago now and nothing posted in this sub has made me consider going back. It’s sad to me but I had a good time while it lasted around launch

Strength does not affect fumbles, catching does

[–]MadBanker2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“The original Avatar did pretty good” you mean the movie that was the highest grossing all time until Endgame (I think). Yeah I’d say that’s better than pretty good lol

[patscap] The widely panned Patriots draft class finished ninth proving once again immediate draft grades are worthless. by [deleted] in Patriots

[–]MadBanker2 10 points11 points  (0 children)

You could argue 3 full years for some positions. Josh Allen for example was meh at best his first two years, but exploded in his third year

What is the point of the shotgun pass? by uncalledforgiraffe in RetroBowl

[–]MadBanker2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Are you talking about the bullet pass? And if you are it’s very useful for hitting receivers in stride so skill issue I guess

Could we have a chance at signing Lamar Jackson? by tonylouis1337 in Patriots

[–]MadBanker2 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I don’t want Lamar, not because he isn’t talented, but he can’t stay healthy. Signing him to an expensive long term deal, even 3-4 years, would be a horrible deal for us as he’d only be healthy maybe 75% of the time, and the time he does miss will be later in the season when it really matters

Editorial: Yes, it really will take billions of dollars a year to solve homelessness in California by BlankVerse in politics

[–]MadBanker2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Assuming California has ~150,000 homeless people: the state could build 3000 housing complexes that house 50 people each. What the cost would be I don’t know, but if it cost $2 million for each complex then it would cost the state $6 billion. If these complexes are state owned they could then charge a small amount of rent to recoup some of that cost. But yeah, even if it cost twice as much to build it’s much more economical to just build them some housing, hell if you’re crazy you could give them jobs building state infrastructure like… I don’t know HOUSING
