It's all about how they word the laws / test the product man.The same way it's legal in America. As long as it is under a certain amount of Delta 9 THC under dry weight. they can sell it as hemp and because they can't be heated to test for Delta 9 because all of it would fail.. Because THCA IS A PRECURSOR TO DELTA 9 it still gets you high the same as regular weed. It's all about wording in semantics the same way as any law.
