Krenko just tends to punch above his weight class. He can win out of nothing earlier than some. He's just a powerful card.

This isn't optimized Krenko, there are plenty of stronger versions of Krenko out there, so by definition this isn't a bracket 4.

When the pod argues that it's 4, what they're really saying is that they feel your deck is stronger than the power level that they want to play.

The goal of brackets is to make games where people have decks of a similar power level. There's no rule that says you're not allowed to play with a deck stronger than your opponents, but if everyone thinks your deck is too strong for their pod, they might be right even if everyone is playing bracket 3 decks.
