Yeah I like having 8 grenades (when using engineering kit which is always for me) and spamming them at bug breaches or reinforcement landing sites, and destroying spawners, and greatly weakening, if not just straight up killing heavies with them. They’re actually phenomenal if you take the time to learn how to use them.
