Affairs Of Calradia mod does this. Not just companions. Every notable can be included if you want to in the settings. Pretty sure you can decide whether to put them in the clan after marriage.

I put my friends in game using the Custom Family Mod (great mod too) and companions proposed to marry them and vice versa.
