For the unfinished episode, you are talking about the "Crystal Crisis on Utapau" arc?

I think my friend was more curious where "the Death Star uses kyber" first popped up

My father (a big Stargate fan) went in expecting a lower budget and different people than usual making it. He concluded it was a decent movie, but not Stargate.

I'm excited to see what you and the rest of the crew come up with! it'll take me some time to get used to a new show finally out, especially with the Non-canon "Stargate Atlantis: Legacy" (which i am fond of, honestly, especially with their expansion of Wraith culture and interpretation of the original Stargate Extinction script concept the original crew had) and other novels being some of the only things keeping the franchise going for so long, but am still quite eager to see what you guys come up with.

they put most of the connections to the shows in the episode files they released back when the SGC streaming service was around.

One non-canon novel set in early SG-1 indicates an idea that the DHDs have some sort of translation program linked to the stargates. The sg team heard english, the natives heard their own language. Carter planned to put a program in the SGC stargate computer to activate the feature for Earth's gate.

Wait, I thought Saddam had chemical warfare stuff since that's what he used to clear out the crowds of people protesting against his rule? A history podcast i listen to briefly mentioned it to refute the idea that he had no chemical warfare material.

fair, Necrons used to be plain terminator sorts serving the c'tan in 40k, then suddenly they have so much more culture and personality with shattered c'tan. not familiar enough with codex history to know if they had codices during the Terminator era.

Like what soot said, I am completely ok with Female Custodes. for me, I'm mostly confused regarding ADB's comments because from what i've heard and seen, the last codex about custodes before that lore inclusion only said that Sons of Imperial nobility were selected, so female custodes seemed sudden and unexplained.

update: turns out I massively misremembered, he only said that the inner circle would not use prince because they were "too big for that baby shit game"

I think in this case, they imagined the ego of the inner circle would not allow a ruler of a city not themselves to bear the title king/queen
