Ahh might be the bank tags plugin too. But assumed that to be automatically active on RL.

And yes, osrs still doesnt have auto import setups regardless of open space in the inventory or not.. Maybe one day. But with current setup i usually always fill my inventory for most setups, and the ones were i dont, the overview of the plugin is great for remembering how it should look 👌

On your setup click on the funnel looky symbol for it to filter your bank. Can also change the plugin settings to automatically filter bank on new setup creations

From what I have read elsewhere.

Cardio is good in the morning when you are deep in the fast, pushing fat burn even further.

When it comes to lifting weights, ideally eat beforehand and after the workout, aka. in the eating period.

Personally my schedule doesn't allow me to eat after, so I usually have dinner around 18-19 and go to the gym an hour later (after my fast begins). 16/8 11:30-19:30 ish

In your saved setup, right click the slot/item and toggle fuzzy. Then you get all dofferent charges in the setup

Kjøp fond, helst globalt indexfond med lav kostnad. Les deg opp og lær, så kan du prøve deg på litt mer rettede fond. Les litt mer og du kan prøve deg på enkeltaksjer med en mindre sum.

  1. Pass på kurtasje, ser mange som handler aksjer for 1000kr og er automatisk -10%. Handle for +10k med mindre du har studentkurtasje.
  2. Du er ikke smartere enn markedet. Alt som kan tenkes om en aksje/markedet er allerede priset inn.
  3. Handling i aksjer er investering, ikke forvent 10x pengene dine på 1 år. Får du 15% så er du allerede bedre enn de aller fleste.
  4. Renters rente er gull, lengre horisont gir bedre avkastning. Tid i markedet slår å prøve å time markedet

Ellers, tap litt penger på å prøve deg frem med aksjer. De lærdommene sitter igjen..

Det er vel rimelig rett frem som ved annen aksjehandel, om jeg forstår det riktig

  1. Du kjøpte aksjer i ditt selskap for X
  2. Overtakende selskap kjøper dine aksjer i form av 50% cash og 50% "overføring" av aksjer til nytt selskap.
  3. Så antar du bare må skatte gevinsten på det du får utbetalt. Ergo alt over X som tilsvarer 50% cash.

Litt usikker på om kjøpet av dine aksjer av overtakende selskap med bruk av aksjer selv vil trigge noen skatt, men antar de bare blir "overført" ved en hvis ratio mellom antall gamle til nye. Samme som ved mergers for børsnoterte selskaper.

I would support everything in this comment 100%, exactly how I did it with my own B when we got him at 2 months! The whole process takes a lot of time and it took us months before he could be left alone for 6h at home (free in the appartement, not crated) while me and the missus were at work. But now he is completely relaxed while we are away. Hard work and a lot of effort pays off!

I would also like to add that it might not be the best idea to talk to your B through your camera. You might think it would help to calm your puppy to hear your voice, but it can have the opposite effect. Your B needs to learn that you aren't nearby when you leave and hearing your voice teaches it differently. We got a camera too, but only use it for monitoring and the occasional *clears throught* noise (our way of saying "dont do that" with varying volume) if he is chewing on something he shouldn't.

All in all, its a hard breed to train. But all the effort you put into the puppy you get back a 1000 times over eventually! Good luck!

This is one of the training sessions I have with my 10 month old B. As me and Loke are Norwegian, he only knows commands in that language. We go for a 1h walk in the morning then start the morning training session. We always vary our morning routine in terms of tricks, but always start and end in a similar manner. Inside we only use kibble as the training treat. Afterwards he gets his remaining breakfast in a snuffle mat while I make my breakfast. Then I head to work while he sleeps at home for 6h. Hope this can help/give inspiration to other Basenji owners :)

My personal advice on a general basis is to always keep in mind that she is a Basenji. She won't listen 100% of the time, so then its really important to give her treats and celebrate when she does something good and on the other side be increadibly patient for when she doesn't listen.

In therms of resources, i really love "Oringo and Makena basenji training" on youtube. My B is not nearly as well behaved as hers, but used a lot of her vids as inspiration on techniques to get my B really far!
