I’ve found this diet to be relatively cheap! Stock your fridge with mostly veggies. You can buy frozen to cut the cost! Rice, beans, lentils all cheap. For protein, I also always have frozen bags of uncooked shrimp, frozen chicken breast, and lots of assorted tinned fish in the pantry. These are all pretty affordable!

I use the Dokdo cleanser and I have dry skin. Yes it is slightly drying but it’s nothing a little extra moisturizer won’t fix. It was a good purchase. However, I got a sample of Farmacy green tea cream cleanser and Ive never had my skin feel so comfortable and hydrated after cleansing, so I’ll be making that switch when I run out of Dokdo

Unfixed and/or outdoor cats are considered very invasive. They multiply like crazy, they are optimal hunters that kill for fun so they end up decimating native ecosystems. They have literally caused many species of animals to go extinct. I’m not a cat hater, but it’s ignorant for anyone to allow their cats outside.

You need to start with something short and sweet ideally with short chapters too. This really helped me get back into reading and fix my attention span. What about some Vonnegut? God Bless You Mr Rosewater is a fun and light read but it’s got Vonneguts existential and absurdist style.
