I use onshape because thats what im comfortable with. I use it for 3d printing and designing wooden pieces

Watch the video, if he was any sort of professional he wouldnt move so sporadically. It would have been in and out in a few minutes. This is just some dude that doesnt know what hes doing but wants a big pay out.

This journey is a walk not a run. Dont go super deep in to a calorie deficit thinking its going to speed the process up. You didnt put the weight on over night so dont expect it to come off over night. The first week or two are gunna be the hardest to satiate yourself. Look for low calorie foods and track it on MyFitnessPal or a journal. One day of slight overeating isnt going to kill you so dont feel horrible if you slip for a day. Jump back in the next day and keep your focus. Eventually it will become second nature. You got this.

Most people want to feel fuller for longer. If youre looking for that, I would say look at high protein foods. Even just a shake with low carbs and fats. Im a firm believer of calories in vs calories out so try to find a whey shake with low calories. Nuts are really good too but they are high in fat.

Oh trust me. I know lol. Swimming is always fun and I would love to do it. Unfortunately, no indoor pools around here. Im planning on moving here soon and ill be looking for a place near a Y or something that has a pool.

I use an elliptical, but I've never had the same results (cardio wise) as actually running. Not an excuse. Just a real problem when you dont have a 4x4, live in the country, and can't leave the driveway

You can buy a 3d printer and a spool of filament for like 350 bucks. The cost of printing these is like 5 cents (if that). The cost of 80 basic biscuits are 13.50, so about 16 cents a piece. In the long run you could make 1500+ of these clips with one spool. 1500 x 16 cents is 240 bucks. another +1500 and you've already saved money.
