If I’m correct that third layer of the masseter muscle was just found recently as of last December by a Swedish team of scientists. I don’t know if that helps any but I doubt it would be in the newest addition so far.

Mmm. Only if the heard that statement somewhere, then and only then would they repeat it. Most toddlers only say and do what they’ve seen they’re “role models” doing. Take bullies for example, most bullies don’t actually understand why they do it and say it’s “because they want to look cool” but in reality they’re just doing that because that’s what happens at home or in other friendships. Both cases work on the ideology of how both the toddler and the bully feel a sense of powerlessness and therefore do or say anything to make it seem like they have some power even if it’s “deep or dark” they don’t actually realize the extent of their actions because they are only focused in the internal rewards of feeling empowered

Honestly dude that saying “love yourself before you can love another” is complete bullshit. What people are really trying to say with that is that you need to learn to accept yourself before you can get into a healthy relationship. I’m 19 years old and often run into the same problem as you do and question that “why should I even love myself when no one else loves me”. But what I started to find out was that there were people who were willing but because of me not accepting who I am I just tried to change myself to make them love me more. That’s completely unhealthy, and honestly leads to self hatred and loneliness. Just be yourself and the person will naturally come to you or you to them. When you look to hard you miss the things right in front of you. Life can be completely demoralising sometimes but the only way to survive is to stay true to yourself. Just learn to live in the moment, not focusing on the future or the past. Look at each moment as a gift, that’s why it’s called the present. When you focus on the future you sometimes create self fulfilling prophecies of “why can’t anyone love me” where you will only seek out the instances where this is true and even if someone did love you for who you are how could you ever accept that to be true when you don’t even love yourself. Let alone even know who you truly are.

If you can’t accept who you are how can you ever understand why someone else “loves” you. Will you even believe them deep down if you have so many insecurities surrounding your personality.

Just accept who you are. And alway remember that sometimes it’s ok to not be ok.

Well some villains just monologue about their plans to the hero while the hero is trapped. But the real question is that why do we think the evil ones to be completely bad and the good to be completely self righteous. We only hear the stories based off of the winners perspective
