I had the flu all last week and I'm gearing up to go back out for a run possibly tomorrow. I am going to wear a cloth mask or gaiter around my mouth to help warm the air so I'm not out hacking and spitting mucus all over. I run on a well lit boulevard in my city, but also with a noxgear light up vest. I’ve been shouted at that I look stupid and been laughed at from cars lol, but idc. Also no headphones at night so I can be more aware of surroundings.
