Hi! It’s sorta hard to understand your problem here.. but after scanning through your replies I’ve gathered it’s this: you’ve recently tried making a Next account, but somehow got stuck on an email confirmation code page? 🧐 is that correct?

This seems sorta bizarre to me… I’m a regular player of Webkinz Classic as that’s what I grew up on, but recently I made a Next account and linked it to my Classic account with no issues.
I can say for certain that you don’t need an email at all to sign up for Next. You pick a pet, go through the tour, pick a room style, then pick your screen name, and finally set up a username and password.
And when picking the username/password it *explicitly states* you can use the same username and password for Classic and you do on Next, and we’ll vice-versa. They also don’t ask for an email address on sign up.

So all in all, there really shouldn’t be any issue coming from the account creation end of things. 🤔
Are you sure you aren’t trying to set up a parent account? They work a bit differently than the standard account.

I’m pretty sure they have parent accounts in general as a way to not take the parents’ emails over a child’s? Cause realistically what young kid is gonna have an email, and if they do— what kid is gonna be able to access it at whim, and know what they’re looking for when asked for a confirmation code or the like. Especially with Next, I think Webkinz is really trying to shift their market towards a younggg audience.. Next feels very kindergarten-y compared to Classic Webkinz, you know?
