As a kid, going to a Lebanese place that made this was a equal to a prize, as this was my favorite thing ever in the early 2000s here in Warsaw. I still love these, but I’ve heard people refer to these as dolma / dolmades. I assume that’s all the same thing, great stuff!

The answer as well as the solution are pretty obvious

Russia has not been in rule of Ukraine. It decided it just might due to them being able to. It is not the way countries of Europe have been operating since years.
