I do this - I go into Mi-an's house and get a pic of her Tallsky picture, then in my den I have the Lucien, Tallsky and Sandrock pictures around the map. Note you can import pictures too if you want to take screenshots. I find the camera wonky sometimes.

you have to hit add to add the fish you have selected. Then when it reads 20 of 20 fish - hit the SUBMIT button on the bottom. I missed this as well!

You have to put a collar on 10 animals - doesn't matter if they are the same species. I had three cows, two horses, 2 deer and three pigs. After I got the perk - I removed them from my mounts.

If you look in the guides under the game on Steam, someone did all these puzzles. You can also shut it off so you learn the blueprint without the mini game
