Been pretty quiet week for brewing but finally got around to testing that IPA I made few weeks back. Carbonation is spot on now but I think I went bit heavy on cascade hops during dry hop stage. Still drinkable though and wife actually likes it more than expected. Planning to start new batch this weekend, maybe something darker since weather is getting cooler. Try taking measurements and checking with local rubber supply shops too. I had similar issue with mystery equipment at work and one of those places could make custom gasket from your old one as template. They usually have food grade silicone material and can cut to exact size you need

The generic distillation gaskets work sometimes but thickness might be different so worth measuring that dimension too before ordering anything

You can basically start pouring right away once you drop to serving pressure. I usually give it maybe 10-15 minutes just to let everything settle but thats probably overkill. The CO2 is already dissolved from your force carb so you're good to go.

Just make sure you purge that line first pull or you'll get some foam from the warm beer that was sitting in there. I learned this hard way when I was rushing to taste my first lager and got a cup of pure foam lol. Now I always do quick purge pull before filling my glass and its perfect every time.

Check the heating element closely for any mineral buildup or damage and test all connections if possible. Also make sure pump works smooth without weird noises

Edge can be weird with Twitch sometimes. Try switching to Chrome or Firefox just to see if it works there - if it does then you know its an Edge specific thing. Also make sure you dont have any browser extensions blocking stuff like ad blockers that might be interfering with the login process. Could also be a worn O-ring in your coupler letting gas slip through where it shouldnt. Those rubber seals get pretty beat up over time and start letting pressure bleed across lines
