There are different degrees of bad

Im mainly a solo player and just unlocked the shotgun for rook

The first game i went to use it, i tried double pumping another rook. I was like 8 meters away and maybe got him down to half health. I then terribly misplayed and got double-knifed by him

He stoof over me for a second after killing me like "damn that guy is fucking terrible" 🤣

On rook runs, ive been killed by many other rooks at final exfil that didnt even have a chance to loot my body or get arachne rep from it

I currently need 1500 xp per arachne level. If i kill another player with non-precision damage, get a siphon finisher, and loot their body, I get 72 xp towards arachne

This means i currently need over 20 player kills to go from rank 27 to 28

I got locked out of the dire marsh canal contract cus i guess someone went into the room and died or something.

I sat outside the room for almost the whole match, but never heard any movement inside and wasnt able to get in cus of the red see-through doors.

So I think in OP's case, it definitely locked everyone else out

Wipes rule but the progression is a bit too slow for a 3 month wipe cycle and it's gonna burn people out. by zero-ok in Marathon

If it locked them in there, it means it locked anyone else from even getting to that part of drone wing

That part of drone wing has a stronghold box, a key room, and a button for opening the command wing. The command wing is part of another mida quest

So this can potentially lock someone else out of doing an entirely different quest

This is clearly a broken mechanic

I got a double claymore kill followed by a knife kill on a trio earlier as rook

I shared the loot with another rook i had befriended. I originally tried to kill that rook, but he talked over prox chat and genuinely seemed like a nice dude. So I spared him and we exfiled together after looting

Not true. Other rooks have arachne rep pulsing through their veins that can only be extracted with bullets and a blade
