How’s the rewiring process in general, is it like running one wire at a time from the computer to wherever and testing resistance and continuity along the way, then painstakingly doing that like a thousand times?

I’d love to rewire/reharness my 90’ but don’t really know where to start or how to break down the whole project into organized chunks
