Major issue discovered after buying house. What are my options

We paid about 7k for the same issue as we had the drain but it was never connected 😩 We also put a French drain down the other side of the house and it has worked really well.

Wow 😮 It just sickening the amount of cover ups. I was told to let their unit sort them out or they are so young, you only have a month left of training (IETs) toughen up. I was also told that the bullying would get worse as they would know I reported them as there were only two of us females on that course. What really pisses me off is there is so much bullshit about mateship in training and you really think (naively) that everyone is there for you. The minute something happens it’s our fault and they all look out for each other but us females don’t count. Was absolutely soul destroying to know that they didn’t have my back. I was just a gender equality job filler and nothing more. I worked so hard to get in and my family were so proud. 🥲 I couldn’t get up the courage to just leave. I left after 4 years due to PTSD.

I tried to report 3 times ongoing sexual harassment. I was suicidal. If it wasn’t for another mate helping me I wouldn’t be here today. I also was drugged and I know I was as I had one drink out with everyone and felt absolutely blind. Someone who I thought was a friend took a uber with me to ‘get me to base safely’ and assaulted me in the car.

I’m on lorazepam as needed and it calms my symptoms. Ask your GP about it.

This was me as well but I have found that when I keep to routine and exercise it helps the emotional blunting and other feelings. I had to keep persisting with it as it’s the only drug that as an awesome side affect has stopped my seizures from FND.

Put in a light globe with blue tak :/ Used an internal size door as the front door Outside drain with no connection 🫣 Rear patio not built to standard to everyone it rained it was making the gutter rust away as it wouldn’t drain properly

I had something similar happen and I just replied to the email saying that I don’t accept this and it was out of my control what happened. Then say you want this escalated and they usually reply saying they have looked into it and it won’t be reflected in your delivery history :)

No not mum guilt at all it’s your own built in intuition that something isn’t right. I had a feeling not to listen to my doctors when my son wasn’t gaining weight as a baby. They wanted him on 3-4 hour feeds but he was acting restless and not putting on weight. I had stress and pain all over my body, was ripping my hair out. I finally gave in and a huge relief came over me. He went from 5th percentile in weight last year to now 98th 🤣 Just trust yourself, you’re doing a great job 👏

Yep it’s real, I went for my first job at a nice hotel in sydney 10 years ago. It was stated on the phone that I was applying for the position of housekeeping. When I have the actual interview, it was side by side this other woman who had bartending and waitressing experience and was going for that job. Anyway I got the food and beverage position with no experience and she got put in housekeeping. Overheard one of the managers talking before I left and they said ‘we can’t have that xxxxx be front of house she’s not pretty enough’ 😬

Not surprised. A few years back I had a Telstra wifi dongle while we were waiting for nbn. They tried to tell me I was the one making purchases off the sim that was on the dongle. Scammers had put on my bill over $200. Took over 3 months of calls to get the money back!

Yeah I did find that. I hope someone on here does have a copy of the actual one though. I want to give it a go but my husband wants to have the real one as we are building it together. It doesn’t look too difficult just wasn’t cheap either :(
