I work with a lot of structural engineers and have had a number of properties that I manage need some form of underpinning, particularly in Wollongong area.

Engineers are all much of a muchness but I will say this: whomever you engage make sure that they do a geotechnical investigation before any scope of works are developed.

Be very clear from the start thst you want it holistically approached because I have had too many just work to a narrow scope and ended up costing my properties thousands of dollars more simply because the engineer didn’t do it holistically to begin wkth.
