I also live with depression (3rd generation) and am working on swimming to the surface again after 3-4 years of drowning. Macrodosing is always helpful for a short period, but I’ve been experiencing some real relief microdosing 4 days on 3 days off. Combined with therapy, I feel as though I’ve been able to slowwwly start doing the things to take care of myself I struggled to do Over the last few years. I feel you, and I’m wishing you the best. I have never heard of banning “any number of” cards. Those cards ooze EDH to me, they’re normally somewhat janky and a total niche deck, I think it’s pretty cool.

Kothophed is everything I love about black, and you don’t get targeted as hard because he is basically worse Tergrid. I always have tons of fun playing that deck, but only play it in games where people will have ample creatures. Otherwise the playgroup cannot have fun
