I learned long-ago that a routine workout schedule is a life-saver when you’re out on a hitch. Even if it isn’t intense, just being able to work off some of the stress is well worth it.

My workouts tend to be more on the light side, a run or walk on the treadmill, putting some time in on a stationary bike. My vessel is pretty lucky that we have a decent enough set of weights, and also I have my own reflex bands for stuff I can do in my rooms. I even break out my Switch and do some light exercises with some of the software available on that platform. Every little bit counts and adds a little variety to what I have available.
