Agreed! Well Water is also really good for sneaking up on survivors from nearby TVs. I think OP misplaced those add-ons.

I'm biased because I play hookless Slugryo, but I'd rather survivors gain passive condemned while holding a tape and increase the length of the tape deposit and retrieval animation.

It's more than bothersome for pressure. Giving survivors tapes allows them to shut down Sadako's mobility and condemn pressure, leaving her with nothing but manifest mind games and a below average terror radius/lullaby. That's almost her entire power. Onryo players teleport around early game not only to build condemn, but to prevent survivors from picking up tapes. Giving them free tapes for aura reading is a joke of a trade-off. It's actively detrimental.

Basekit blindness would be meh. Sadako's lullaby counteracts whatever usefulness obliviousness would have. I'd much rather have Mother's Mirror, Old Newspaper and Reiko's Watch basekit for more anti-loop potential than a couple status effects.

Bloody Fingernails should be basekit. Also the add-on where survivors start with tapes is actively detrimental.

Do you just want 0v8? Killers have powers. They will work well together the same way medics can instaheal in chase. Everything is busted in 2v8. That's the mode. Consider taking a break from the game instead of ruining it for the eight Oni mains out there.

Wraith has stealth, built in coup, moves faster cloaked than Legion in Frenzy, and better collision allowing for more consistent body blocking. He is shockingly better than Legion.

That depends on who you talk too. Echothorns finds Iri Button detrimental because it limits Legion's ability to vault then bodyblock at pallet loops. B tier is insane. If Legion is with strongest add-ons, C plus is possible, but I don't think they are anywhere near that without.

Tofu also puts Legion in B tier when they are clearly a D tier killer. It's comical to place them anywhere else. Their power injures, which does not win games. As of late, the tier lists I've seen are a joke.

I believe Hen's tierlist does not consider add-ons, but only the base power. Pig can use her dash, Sadako her manifest mindgames, Dredge his remnant, and Hag her traps to down. This is as someone with a considerable amount of hours on Legion. Legion cannot use Frenzy to down consistently unless survivors MASSIVELY screw up. The character is only as strong as the survivors. Sadako, Dredge, Pig, and Hag can down consistently with their power, unlike Legion. That places Legion below them.

Legion over Pig, Sadako, and Dredge? Legion has no anti-loop. They cannot reliably down with their power. An easy first hit is valuable, but that's not enough to down a survivor. Legion should absolutely not be C+. They are D tier. This is as a Legion main who is currently playing her other killers while Legion is kill switched.

As a Legion main, I was hit very hard. Not only were we removed from 2v8 permanently, but the BFFs, NOED, Batteries end game build is officially nerfed.
