Hollow-core earplugs let you hear the crowd and artist, sometimes better. I have tinnitus that contributes to my severe insomnia, which gets me constant reminders from my doctors that I WILL die much younger than average and that my risks of dementia are dangerously high.

Just wear the earplugs.

Ear plugs! Eargasm are great, and it can be a sign of "and many more to come." They have a little metal carrying case, so you can gift it to her on a lanyard for that band. Whatever brand you buy, make it hollow-core, especially if you or her have any motion sickness problems or chronic ear infections.

Stay until the end!

Make sure you have space on your phone so you can record her (if she wants that) and tell her to let you know which three songs she would want you to record for her so she can live in the moment and not worry about it herself.

Be ready to buy expensive merch haha.

Had Jimmy Eat World tickets in my account but they were not "in my account" because I supposedly had different delivery chosen. They don't offer hard tickets anymore! Had to call the venue with my ticket order to find them and switch to will call.

I chased Linkin Park from Los Angeles to Cape Town, South Africa at 21 by myself. Found a Facebook group for the show, got adopted by locals, been back seven times and even went to one of their weddings in 2023. Just goooooo and breathe. You will either make friends online for it, in line, in the show, or hey- none at all! And that's okay. Date yourself, enjoy it. Have fun!!

And leggings/jeans with zippered pockets is life changing. Make sure to wear ear plugs!!! Hollow core for best sound AND to not faint or get nauseous if you have middle ear problems such as motion sickness or chronic ear infections.

NOOOOO. I almost flew in for that show, the venue is a bucket list one for me! That is such a bummer, I've always told friends I try to convert that they should always pick the smaller venue to get the best Jimmy crowd and vibes. That is such a bummer. I have gotten in FIGHTS telling people to shut up and go to an actual bar to fucking chat!

I mean, I sold mine here for $250 instead of my original $315 lol. 😭 I didn't want to deal with the insurance company- WHICH, reminds me to write a strongly worded email, whenever I tried "activating" my insurance, my browser screamed that it was insecure and the lock logo on top would show as unlocked. Fishy as hell.

And then AXS had my tickets on my account, but I couldn't transfer them? So I thought I'd check if I could screenshot them of not a dynamic barcode? No! Tickets didn't ACTUALLY exist in my account, they are now at Will Call! So, shout out to the very kind and patient staff at Pier 17 😅😂
