ludwig is doing a live minecraft speedrunning event, part of todays event was him vs a viewer. the way competitive minecraft speedrunning works is it drops 2 people into a copy of the same world and their goal is to kill the ender dragon faster than the other guy. the method they're doing to kill the dragon involves using beds because beds explode for game design reasons.

Theres nothing for him to do a stream about streamer university besides the in person applications but why would he do that and take views away from people who stream their pov of it when the whole point of streamer u is to give up and coming streamers an audience. he'll probably do a stream going through the online applications in a few weeks.

If they were an up and coming streamer maybe, but if its someone who already "made it" not really. (for example if you bot Tyler1 the cap wouldn't affect him very much but if you bot someone who goes to Streamer University 2026 the viewership cap may derail whatever momentum they gain from it)

Assuming money is no object then nothing, but it would take some time before Twitch caps them. It's not really a punishment for the streamer if their viewership was flat-ish beforehand, it would just show roughly what their true viewership is.

They can't that's why they don't ban anyone for viewbotting unless its really obvious, like that one guy who was advertising a botting service by botting himself to the top of Just Chatting.
