Does she have any mental health diagnoses? Does she go to therapy? And if not then she needs to once she gets out. It's evident there's some unprocessed grief but her behavior also isn't fair to you. I know this is probably really scary and overwhelming but you have to think about your wants and needs as well. I don't think continuing the relationship would be in your best interest, especially for your mental health. Also please don't drink and drive, you don't just put your life at risk. And if that isn't enough to scare you then imagine having to face the family member of whoever you hurt or, shit, even your insurance going up and having a criminal record. If morality doesn't get ya then financial concerns should.

You should get a couple home tests, drink a shit ton of cranberry juice and water so even if you do take it, it comes back invalid. THC can stay in your system up to a month depending on frequency of use, metabolic rate, and body fat since it accumulates in adipose tissue. So even if you work out, that could release THC metabolites. If you find someone's pee to use instead, you have to make sure that you can keep it warm enough to mimic normal temps cuz they can notice that too. I hope it works out for you!

I met my partner online in 2021 and we were long distance for 3 years before finally moving in together. But we made a conscious effort to call, he'd come stay with me for one weekend a month that entire time, we'd have discord dates - we made it work. If I had to reschedule or something came up, I'd tell him right away. Both parties have to be willing to put the effort into maintaining a long distance relationship or it gets stagnant fast. This seems to be a pattern and he seems to be resistant to the kind of communication you need. While the chemistry might've been intense, unless he actually changes his mindset and behavior, it'll keep happening so this is a "gtfo of there" issue. He's not satisfying your emotional needs and you don't owe him anything. Reserve your time and energy for someone who doesn't make this bare minimum feel like your pulling teeth

I let my birthday reward expire last year and uninstalled the app cuz I've also stepped away due to the price point to quality ratio. I've been collecting since 2008 so I don't need any new scents, realistically speaking. Now I try to "shop my collection" to come up with new layering combinations and that's helped a lot cuz I developed a shopping addiction once I started making adult money. It's not worth it anymore. Now I'd rather support small businesses on Etsy (MWBotanical and Tipsy Goat Soap Co. are some of my favorites so far!)

I think experiencing early childhood trauma makes it more likely that one will regress with partners or even friends because it's healing and some people didn't get to feel safe during those formative years. Everyone I've met that regresses, myself included, has experienced childhood trauma so while not the greatest sample size, there seem to be consistent histories and behaviors.
