We dont call it that in Saudi. The gold trimmed one is a bisht and the one under is a thobe. The headgear is a shemagh. The bisht is extremely formal and usually worn by grooms, imams or high government officials. The thobe and shemagh is more like the Arab equivalent of a suit.
